When will I get my order?
For both tracked and standard shipping, you’ll receive a notification email once your item has been shipped. From that point, estimated delivery times are:
Standard shipping

UK: 3–5 working days from dispatch

Europe: 5–8 working days from dispatch

Rest of World (ROW): Up to 14 working days from dispatch
Tracked shipping

UK: 2–3 working days from dispatch

Europe: 3–5 working days from dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with Printful and Teemill, two trusted on-demand order fulfillment partners with facilities worldwide.
Your order will be printed and shipped from the location that can fulfil it most efficiently based on your delivery address.
Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or tax fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure whether charges apply.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please check the following:

Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct

Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding your package

Check with neighbors in case the courier left it with them
If you’ve done all of the above and your order is still missing, please get in touch with us. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, postal services are third-party providers and delays can occasionally occur.
How are your products made?
All of our products are made to order using Printful and Teemill, high-quality print-on-demand fulfillment partners.
They operate facilities around the world, allowing your order to be produced closer to you when possible, reducing delivery times and waste.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

I received the wrong or a damaged product. What should I do?
We’re very sorry if there’s an issue with your order. Please email contact@thejazzestate.org within 7 days of receiving your item, including:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Any additional details that may help
We’ll review the issue and get back to you with a resolution as quickly as possible.
What’s your return policy?
As our products are made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for incorrect or damaged items.
If this applies to your order, please contact contact@thejazzestate.org with photos of the issue and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don’t currently offer exchanges. To help you choose the right fit, sizing charts are available on every product page.
